This is my Sony Bravia set up. For the TV KDL-52XBR4, BDP-S500 Blu-ray Player, STR-DA4300ES for the receiver, SA-W3800 for the Sub-Woofer, SS-F7000 front speaker, SS-CN5000 center ch, SS-F5000 for the sorround. The front little ones are the SS-B1000, just for fun. The PC is HP Pavilion m7750n , Sony VaiVGN-FW250J and Acer Asphire One ZG5. Mp3 player is Zune 120. Cameras are Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W300 and DSC-W1.
I’m thinking of getting a 55″ Bravia EX500 but I can’t find any on display to see the quality. Does anyone know if there any good?

i would recommend getting a flashier PC case. at the least a black one. the white case kills the styling of the rest of the room.
is this as bad ass as i think it is? im slowly putting together a system in my room. i have the b1000′s as my fronts right now, but i want to get the f7000′s and put the b1000′s as my rears. i have the sa-w3000. and i would like to top it off with the cn5000. sound good? atm my fronts would have to be on my desk, but i might be able to swing some space next to my desk for them if i get them.

Ps3 was better when it first came out, but im afraid its not anymore, from a blu ray perspective.
i dont understand why people dont like sony its good sounding for a good price i have a strde 845 and it abit old ands its still kickin and onkyo is good to but it has heat problems i have txsr505 and it go so hot the top put a burn in my skin a small one though so went back to my sony much better
Thanks, bt Sony is mu predilection. The only thing I buy from Yamaha are keyboards like the Yamaha Motif. Bose does not fill my espectatives. Onkyo make excelent receivers but I prefer Sony.

Great setup, but not so great for the
subwoofer. Maybe you make an exception and buy a Klipsch or a Paradigm so that those Blu-ray movies can come more to life. Although it looks great.

I’m not a gamer. PS3 does not have dolby true hd decoder oe dts master audio. When you have this type of home theater you need dolby true or dts master audio. I bought big speakers and powerful amp so I need that superb audio decoding PS3 doesn’t offer. I’m not saying PS3 sucks. PS3 is good money value because you have the best of both worlds but why buy one if I’m not gonna use it. Thanks!

thats just harsh. i have one too, but i dont know how to calibrate the speakers, maybe people want to see the setup before they buy it in stores.
